propguru is Richard Lovell, who has over 30 years experience in the UK commercial real estate market as an advisor, valuer, lender and borrower. He is also the instigator, Founding President and Life Member of the Association of Property Bankers.
Originally a Chartered Surveyor, he has worked in banks dealing with property finance, advisory services and M&A activity. He also worked as Acting Finance Director of a Property Company, before becoming Chairman of its property development subsidiary.
